Quick & Easy Oreo S’mores Pie

In our house, we always have a homemade dessert on hand. Long gone are the days when we just would pick up a pack of cookies or some ice cream and say that was enough. We are very much into homemade EVERYTHING if we can help it. With that said, sometimes I just don’t feel like putting a ton of time or effort into making something. That is why I absolutely making Oreo S’mores Pie. This dessert is super easy and quick to make. Very little effort is put into this dessert and yet it yields such delicious results.

  • 4 cups mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup of milk
  • ¼ tsp powder sugar
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Oreo pie crust
  • 1 ¼ cup of milk chocolate or semi sweet chocolate 
  • 1 8 oz tub of cool whipped topping



  1. In a large-sized, microwave safe bowl, combine the marshmallows, milk, vanilla and powdered sugar.
  2. Place into the microwave and microwave in 30 second intervals until the marshmallows are completely melted.
  3. Mix gently to ensure that the ingredients are completely combined.
  4. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  5. In the mean time, place the semi sweet chocolate or milk chocolate into a large zip lock bag. Using a mallet or back of a spoon, break up the chocolate until it’s becomes small pieces and chunks. (If using a bar of chocolate you can also dice with a knife)
  6. Set aside.
  7. After 1 hours, remove the marshmallow mixture from the refrigerator.
  8. Add the entire 8 oz tub of cool whipped topping into the marshmallow mixture.
  9. Whisk until evenly combined.
  10. Add roughly ¾ of the chocolate pieces to the marshmallow mixture.
  11. Whisk until evenly combined.
  12. Pour the marshmallow mixture into the Oreo pie crust. 
  13. Make sure not to over fill. Fill just above the top of the pie crust.
  14. Use a spatula to even the top of the marshmallow mixture.
  15. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate pieces on top of the marshmallow mixture.
  16. Cover and place in the refrigerator.
  17. Allow the pie to set for a minimum of 2 hours.
  18. Remove from fridge, cut a slice and enjoy!



  • For best results allow the pie to sit overnight as it will completely cool and solidify.
  • For a more marshmallow texture, try using an additional ½ cup of marshmallows
